IN SITUATION ....
depression, malaise, shyness, family and/or school problems, profound changes in your life (divorce, bereavement, retirement, caregiver situation, etc.), psychological deficits (handicaps, disorders linked to aging, etc.),
IN FORM...
WORKSHOPS or SESSIONS (individual or collective)
ARTISTIC MEDIATION
promotes creative expression through mediums such as painting, drawing, modeling, collage, printing, writing, etc. For each workshop, creative materials are provided.
These times granted open up to the encounter with oneself and with others through experiments of one's own feelings, free from any interpretation, injunction and judgment.
CONTEMPORARY ART THERAPY
is aimed at anyone (child, adolescent, adult) who wishes to work on themselves.
It can be engaged:
- either in addition to support already in progress (psychologist, etc.), without replacing it.
- or on the advice of a healthcare professional.
- either on their own initiative/without proven medical contraindication.
Contemporary art therapy allows you to experience another way of expressing yourself when words fail you. Support to reactivate your own creative process for the benefit of your daily life. A creative approach without the need for technical mastery, in a secure setting to take back control of your speech in your own way, free from any judgment or interpretation.
