Art therapy workshop led by art therapist/visual artist Aurélie Fressenon.
Specializing in sexual violence.
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses artistic creation as a tool to facilitate the expression and resolution of emotional and psychological conflicts.
Create, explore, experiment, destroy, repair and then put into words, become aware, change...
Art therapy is practiced in individual or group sessions in a wide variety of contexts and with very different objectives.
Art therapy is for everyone:
To adults:
- in search of a place of expression through art and speech,
- in pain, in mourning, anxious, depressed, suffering from psychiatric disorders (addictions, mental pathologies, etc.), victims of sexual, physical, moral violence.
Children with learning difficulties, showing symptoms of hyperactivity, depression...
For adolescents (school problems, anorexia, violent behavior, etc.)
For the elderly (Alzheimer's, difficulties following the loss or illness of a loved one, problems linked to old age, isolation, etc.)
No artistic experience is necessary to begin a process in art therapy.
