The legend:
In the Land of the Wind, a long time ago, the People of the Wind taught their children to fly with their own wings in a school: the School of the Wind! There, the children discovered the tricks of birds for gaining altitude, gliding and twirling with the breeze... Seven school notebooks discovered in a village henhouse made it possible to recreate the flying machines of the time and retrace the life of these people... so much so that the Wind School was able to be rebuilt to allow you to visit it today!

Beautiful flights of fancy:
This school can be visited following a renewed route in 2022. You will find 8 rooms there with unusual, fun and informative machinery (flight simulator, paper airplane launcher, bowls of fresh air, zoetrope and other snowdrift machine). The École du vent team also offers workshops and educational activities, hiking trails punctuated with works of art... Children and adults, welcome to this unique place of its kind, located in Saint Clément , in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, perched on a belvedere with an exceptional view of the Ardèche juices. Come learn without appearing to do so and, by gaining perspective, rethink the place of Man in the heart of the Living.
