Presentation
The company Le Cri Dévot offers here a theatrical piece where the language of teenagers crosses the gaze of adults. One of the most successful adaptations currently on this subject.
A sober but effective staging with the breathtaking performance of actor Bastien Molines and the complicity of musician Allister Sinclair. A show that shines with its intergenerational intelligence.
It depicts the concerns of adolescents regarding
major current events, questions their relationship
to the body, to the family, social and cultural heritage. It is the fruit of
testimonies collected in several European countries. They have
between 15 and 20 years old, were born after 2000. None of them
did not “live” September 11, 2001, or even know other
currencies than the Euro. Some were born during the crisis
from 2008 and others after Michael Jackson's death. All
and all of them went through their childhood with big hits of #metoo and
#blacklivesmatter on their Instagram feed. In
What society did they grow up in? What do the
perceptions of a teenager from Ardèche, Sansepolcro or Nitra?
