Zucchini Show

This is the story of Icare, aka Courgette, a young boy of almost 10 years old who lives alone with his alcoholic mother.

One day when she is in deep sadness, Icarus finds her revolver and tries to "kill the sky" which he believes to be responsible
of all misfortunes. But the blow goes off... Courgette is then placed at Fontaines, a home "for damaged children" where he meets Simon, Ahmed... and the mysterious Camille. And then there is Raymond, the policeman, who will gradually take on the role of surrogate father and who, thanks to Courgette, will also regain a taste for life.
Where play, music and poetry become a necessity,
They will all learn to build themselves, to rise, and to "sew up"
their hearts”, together. The encounter with the other, the human bond,
the strength of friendship then becomes the possibility of hope.
