Public Rehearsal — Just a Moment by Christophe West & Gaël Grzeskowiak

The public rehearsals, presented and hosted by Abou Lagraa and/or Nawal Aït Benalla, co-director of Cie La Baraka / La Chapelle, are an invitation to meet the dance and the artists who created it!

“Just a moment” is a call to let go, to daydream, and to be funny too. Between boredom and “always more”, the duo searches for the perfect balance, just for a moment. A space outside of time drawing its raw material from a danced imagination, each step transforms the stage into a playground. The two strangers, soon to be comrades, brothers or friends, dreamed of killing time: here they are soon carried away by the whirlwind of life, ranging from hip-hop to contemporary dance to tango. A pas de deux full of exhilaration of life.
