In the morning from 10 a.m.: Speech by Sophie Lafond, Forestry Technician CNPF Pilat Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Forest management and the profession of forest technician in the Bois de Versailles. (Return to the classroom depending on the weather)
11 a.m.: visit to the Thomas Couette Sawmill
12 p.m.: Forest menu at the Café du Lac crêperie: Forestière galette (or complete), homemade chestnut tiramisu (or coffee), bowl of cider and coffee.
14 p.m.: Presentation of the companionship of Patrice Bernard, former director of the training center of the companion federation of Lyon in a room of the Propolis association (former Cénacle)
15:30 p.m.: visit to the carpentry workshop of Guillaume Besset, homework companion.
16:30 p.m. Snack at the Saint Ignace Chapel (coffered ceiling)
