For D-Day: - Mountain bike in good working order. - Both brakes work and the gear change is operational, the handlebar ends are well protected. Please note: for 5-7 year olds, the mountain bike must have gears. - Clothing suitable for the practice and the weather, closed shoes required. - Helmet required, gloves required. "Biker" bag: personal water, small snack (optional), windbreaker, 1 inner tube the size of your tires.
