Welcome to Félines, a charming village located a few kilometers from Annonay, offering a true change of scenery less than 15 minutes from the A7 motorway. At the end of a cul-de-sac, in a peaceful residential hamlet, the Madi Pierres gîte welcomes you behind an electric gate. You will appreciate the generous living spaces and the variety of amenities designed for everyone's comfort and enjoyment.

For leisure activities, there's something for everyone. As soon as the weather warms up, the heated swimming pool* invites you to relax. From the terrace off the kitchen, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the swimmers. On the other side of the house, a large covered terrace provides a place to share meals in the shade, with a griddle and outdoor refrigerator available. A former barn converted into a games room completes the setup, with a ping-pong table, foosball, and Dutch billiards.

Access to the house is via an external stone staircase. The interior spaces are spread over two levels. Downstairs, there is a spacious entrance hall, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table, as well as a bright lounge with a television and Bluetooth speaker. A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), two separate toilets, and a shower room complete this level.

Upstairs, a landing with a play area leads to four bedrooms: two with queen-size beds, one with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and one with two bunk beds, as well as a walk-through sleeping area with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with toilets. As an added bonus, there is access to a furnished solarium with a lounge area, ideal for enjoying a peaceful moment with a view of Mont Blanc on a clear day.

The cottage also has a small laundry room with a washing machine, a closed garage for vehicles, bicycles or motorcycles and the possibility of electric charging with an additional charge (€30/vehicle/stay)

For your outings, the Peaugres Safari Park, the Ardèche Train, or the Pilat Regional Natural Park offer wonderful discoveries. Don't forget to visit the local markets and farmers' markets to savor regional specialties.
