Beyond the organic label, we work as much as possible directly with our local producers involved in a quality approach and environmental ethics. We favor fresh, artisanal, organic products. The building has been renovated to offer the best comfort for lower energy expenditure, with bio-sourced materials (wood, cork, wood fiber, cotton, lime, etc.).
