"Stars in your eyes" stay

A weekend with two incredible visits: the Wild Lights Festival in Peaugres and a visit to the Ideal Palace in Hauterives. With a night in a charming guesthouse (and breakfast).

Day 1 (afternoon):
The first day will be dedicated to visiting the Peaugres Safari. Meet wild animals by car in a 13-hectare park and a walking tour to discover primates, tigers and lions, sea lions, etc.
At nightfall, with your same ticket, you can stroll through the park's paths surrounded by more than 2000 hand-crafted light sculptures. A breathtaking spectacle that will delight children of all ages.
This 4th edition is exceptional: sound and light show on the facade of the park's castle and a new theme: dinosaurs.

The evening:
After visiting the park and its illuminations (from mid-October to the end of March), settle into a cozy guest room (subject to availability).
You will choose whether or not to have dinner at your accommodation (optional). After a good night's sleep, a good breakfast (included) will give you the energy you need for your visit to the Palais Idéal.

Day 2: Morning
Your place is reserved, you can visit the Ideal Palace of Postman Cheval in Hauterives. This visit will transport you to the world of this nature-loving postman who worked tirelessly for 33 years to build this palace and make his dream come true.
The visit can last 1 hour or 2 hours.
Don't miss the tomb of Ferdinand Cheval in the town cemetery (his second masterpiece).
Afternoon:
After visiting the ideal palace, the whole family can stroll through the village and solve puzzles thanks to the interactive game: The Quest of the 3 Giants.
The pitch: the 3 giants have escaped from the ideal palace and you must solve puzzles to get them back before the palace collapses!

Departure from in front of the tourist office (6, rue André Malraux) in Hauterives.
For ages 6 and up. No elevation changes. Approximately 1.5 hours of play and walking.
