Plantar reflexology is an acupressure technique under the soles of the feet that will release tension in the body and restore energy balance. The Tui Na massage is an energetic massage to recirculate the energy in the meridians to treat everyday ailments and better protect against disease. Qi Nei Tsang deals with the emotional part in relation to the enteric brain of the body.
