Muscle mountain biking and electrically assisted mountain biking with GoupilAventure

GoupilAventure offers supervision, by a qualified instructor, of mountain biking and mountain biking AE (Electric Assistance) activities for all audiences in North Ardèche and in the Pilat Regional Natural Park.

Individual:
- Supervision of mountain biking and mountain biking AE:
*Public: Adult, 1 to 12 people.
*Slots: Family, 2h / all mountain / enduro ½ day or full day.
*Description: Let yourself be guided by a passionate and local instructor! Discovery of the most beautiful paths, trails and singles of the Annonean Basin (North Ardèche) and a little more (Pilat, Loire). From family rides to enduro (downhill oriented) via all mountain (hiking), there is something for everyone! On a muscular mountain bike, or on an electrically assisted mountain bike.

*Enduro Shuttles:

In order to take advantage of and optimize as many Enduro single tracks as possible in Northern Ardèche and the Massif Régional du Pilat, take advantage of the Goupilaventure Shuttle service (lifted by truck and trailer)!

*With or without a guide, morning, afternoon or “both my captain” (whole day), over several days, there are several options to adapt to your needs and desires.

*Individual or group coaching: from 1 to 8 people

In order to learn about MTB/MTB riding techniques or to perfect them, to progress in your riding, and to have fun on the bike!
Your instructor offers you exercises adapted to your level and your desires and provides you with personalized feedback and corrections in order to progress at your own pace in complete safety.
*MTB or E-MTB

*introduction to mountain biking or VTTAE techniques: 2 hours
-Basic position / braking / flat and banked turns / crossings / choice of trajectories / use of different assistance modes (VTTAE) etc…

*Improvement of mountain bike or mountain bike techniques: 2h30
-optimization of the basic position / jumps / crossings / turns / nose turn (rotation on the front wheel) / positioning uphill (VTTAE) / recovery of grip in turns with assistance (VTTAE) etc…



Goupilaventure MTB courses:
*Public: Children aged 5 to 17 (divided by age group).
*Slots: School holidays, several half-days, (possibility of registering for only 1/2 day).
- 9 a.m. to 30 p.m. for 12/8 year olds; from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for 12/5 year olds; 7 p.m. to 14:16 p.m. for 30/12 year olds.
* Description: These courses are designed to learn how to ride your mountain bike: by having fun with games on the bike, discovering riding techniques through wooden and natural obstacles, and hiking in a favorable wilderness environment. to mountain biking!
