Museum Overview
Leisure centre with a 4.5 ha lake surrounded by an 11 ha park. Supervised swimming, beach and fitness trail.
Barbecues are prohibited.
Fishing prohibited from 01/06 to 15/09.
Inflatable water park from June 29th to August 31st.
Lac des Vernets has an area of approximately 4,5 ha surrounded by a park of 11 ha. It has a beach, different play areas, a sports course and a snack bar.
In high season:
the snack bar is open
access and swimming are supervised
the inflatable water park is accessible
Barbecue prohibited
Generally the high season begins during the last half of June and ends at the beginning of September
In low season, access to the lake is free according to opening hours. Fishing is permitted in low season.
The lake is managed by SIVU “Les Vernets de Galaure”. It is made up of elected officials from the municipalities of Saint-Uze and Saint-Barthélemy-de-Vals.
