Presentation

The Via Fluvia is a cycle route and greenway that crosses 3 departments: Loire, Haute-Loire and Ardèche. Eventually the route should be 120 km long.

Immerse yourself in this route from Lavoûte sur Loire (Haute-Loire) to Annonay (Ardèche) and eventually the Via Rhôna. Cross six territories with varied and incredible landscape identities. This route has been laid out on an old railway line which guarantees a small drop, accessible to all, it will punctuate your walks and discoveries.

You can now browse the completed sections of the Via Fluvia:

- From Lavoûte-sur-Loire to the Tracol Tunnel, travel the 62 km of cycle route and greenway, discovering the heritage, the natural sites but also the towns and villages such as Rosières, Yssingeaux, Grazac, Lapte, Montfaucon-en-Velay , Dunières and many others. The route is completely paved from Saint-Julien-du-Pinet to the Tracol Tunnel, scooters, bicycles, rollerblades, wheelchairs, strollers everything can roll easily. The portion between Rosières and St-Julien-du-Pinet is a path (about 7 km), therefore difficult to pass by rollerblades, road bikes and scooters. VIGILANCE IN THE LOIRE! A few kilometers after leaving the Bénévis car park (in the direction of Saint-Marcel-Lès-Annonay), the bypass of the Man tunnel involves a steep drop (slope between 15% and 18%) over 360m in length, which implies a certain vigilance on the way up and down. The undeveloped junctions mentioned on our website may take roads with heavy traffic, they require everyone to exercise caution and are strongly not recommended for families.
