Presentation
The cellars dug under the village extend over approximately 2 hectares. Some have two levels and are called "Caves d'Enfer".
They were used to store, during a halt, the goods that the muleteers had to transport in the mountain, because Boulieu was an important relay of muleteers.

The Caves d'Enfer can be visited during visits to Boulieu by the Compagnons du Patrimoine
