For a hike in complete serenity, we organize, we plan and on site we adopt a behavior that respects others and nature. Here are all the keys so that you can enjoy your route.
To plan before your hike!
- A hike adapted to your level. The indicated journey times do not take into account any stops or breaks and are based on an average speed of 3km/h.
- A snack.
- Find out about the weather conditions.
- Good shoes, warm and rain clothes.
- Enough drink to preserve your muscles, drink before you feel thirsty small amounts per serving
regular. Do not drink water from streams. - Sunscreen, glasses (avoid exposure between 12 p.m. and 15 p.m.).
- To follow the marked paths for your safety and to respect private properties and their regulations.
- Go together if possible. If you are going alone, leave information about your itinerary with those around you.
Respect others and nature
- Nature: do not leave any rubbish on site.
- Plantations and crops. Do not pick the flowers, the fruits, products of the work of the farmers and do not cross
not the fields even if they don't look cultivated. - Other road users, the calm and serenity of nature.
- Keep your dogs on a leash.
- Do not light a fire or throw anything that could start a fire!
By mountain bike
- Stay in control of your speed.
- Be courteous and careful when passing and crossing hikers.
- Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
