How to properly provide information about your event?
Clearly state the nature of the event (concert, party, hike…).
Please avoid using all-caps titles.
Example: Concert – Les Ardéchois
Specify the estimated radiation:
– Residents (neighborhood / village)
– Local (20 km)
– Departmental road (70 km)
– Regional (200 km)

This information helps us to classify the event.
The short description (maximum 255 characters)
He must present the event in a clear and attractive way.
No opening hours, prices, telephone number or booking information.
The detailed description
He completes the short text, without repeating it.
No character limit.
Please provide the following information:
– Public means of communication (email, telephone, website)
– The booking link, if available
– An organizer contact (not visible to the public) so that we can reach you if needed
An image is required for validation.
Landscape (horizontal) format, minimum width 1920px, without embedded text.
The posters will be moved to the second image.
You must have the broadcasting rights and mention the photo credit.

The forms are validated within a maximum of 3 days.
No confirmation email is sent: check directly the online diary.
The Tourist Office reserves the right to adjust the wording or not publish an event in order to guarantee editorial quality.
