Domaine Mouton has been a family business from father to son for three generations for the love of a terroir. After numerous internships in biology and oenology, Jean-Claude moved with his father André in 1989, in the family business. Both lovers of Vine and Wine, they develop the Vineyard... The Mouton Father and Son family carry out serious and dignified work, respecting the soils and the yields on the steep slopes on which the Viognier or the Syrah draw their strength. They share the desire to go to the end of this grape variety, without mistreating it, preserving all its personality, seeking above all the fruit, without ever losing sight of the typicality of the terroir.
