It's hard not to be confronted with the use of current technologies! Even more difficult if you don't have help in using them... The CCAS du Cheylard and L'Arche des Métiers offer seniors introductory sessions to digital tools that have become so essential in daily life.

Take control of your computer and tablet to communicate easily with your loved ones, make less travel (making appointments and online purchases for example), follow daily news, play, create and exercise your memory!
