Through its window in the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist in Turin, the object is intriguing. This yellowed linen sheet measuring 4,10 by 1,10 meters shows the blurred image, from the front and back, of a man with traces of injuries resulting from a crucifixion. What do we see on this mysterious fabric? Where is he from ? Can we date it? How was the image formed? Who is the Shroud Man? Essential questions that this exhibition will attempt to answer…
