Leather working exhibition

As part of the cultural events of Saint-Joseph de Cance, exhibition of postcards proposed by the Philatelic Group of the Annonay Region, on leather work.

This exhibition traces the history of the leather trades, tanners, tanners and related trades in Annonay.
Working conditions, periods of development and successive crises are discussed as well as technical innovations.
Interactions with other industries in Annonay are presented (stationery, textiles, glue and gelatin).
