Introductory session to this universe which is full of history, cultures and sensory diversity. We will discuss the importance of fermentation, the shape and size of the still, but also the different types of aging in the construction of the whiskey profile. You will learn how to taste, analyze, dissect whiskeys in order to let them express themselves and thus highlight their differences according to their origin around the world.
The names "Single Malt", "Blended Malt", "Peated", "Islay", "Single Grain" or even "Pot still" will hold no secrets for you!
