Dive into the leather adventure in Annonay!

The Annonay tannery exceptionally opens its doors to you to present their exceptional know-how inherited for centuries! The visit continues in the heart of the Cance district, historic site of tanneries

In the afternoon you will discover the Parcheminerie Dumas, a historic family business which perpetuates the tannery activity while developing luxury craftsmanship.

Meet at 8 a.m. at the Art des Choix car park (8 quai de Merle, Annonay)

8:15 a.m.-9:30 a.m.: guided tour of the Annonay Tannery

9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.: guided tour of the Cance district then free time in Annonay town center

13:30 p.m.-15:30 p.m.: guided tour of the Dumas Parcheminerie

When you arrive at the tannery, you will be asked to: - Provide proof of identity (driving license, identity card, etc.). - Take note of the golden rules for visitors displayed at reception. - Register your presence on the register. We ask you to wear clothing that covers your legs; shorts, Bermuda shorts and short bottoms are prohibited. Please also wear closed shoes. It is prohibited to smoke, drink alcohol, touch the installations, light a fire or take photos within the tanneries.
