La Maison de Berthe et Lulu is located in the village of Saint-Désirat in Ardèche Verte, in the heart of the renowned vineyards of the Rhône Valley: the Saint-Joseph appellation. La Maison de Berthe et Lulu is a warm and fully equipped apartment, located on the first floor of a village house. It has a large terrace with garden furniture and plancha to share your meals outdoors. You are 15 minutes from the town of Annonay and 3 minutes from Andance.
Inside the cottage you enjoy a living room with lounge and fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. At the same level, a second lounge area and separate toilets are at your disposal. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a double washbasin cabinet and a toilet. Provision of a cot and a high chair for children on request. Possibility to park a vehicle in the garage of the gîte. Bed linen and towels available for hire (10 euros for sheets in 140, 8 euros for sheets in 90 and 5 euros for towels). Cleaning fee 70 euros (optional). The accommodation is exclusively non-smoking inside.
