Domain Finon

For his love of the vine, Pierre moved from a mixed farming operation to a wine estate: AOP Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, IGP Viognier. An estate focused on sustainable agriculture with respect for the terroir, soils and vines.

A family-owned estate, the Pierre FINON estate is located on the hillsides overlooking the right bank of the Rhône valley between Valence and Lyon.
The estate currently covers 20 hectares.
The vineyard consists of 7 hectares of Saint-Joseph red and white, 6,5 hectares of Vin de Pays and 0,5 hectares of Condrieu.
The estate is managed using sustainable farming practices; Françoise, Pierre, and Héloïse advocate for environmentally friendly vineyard development. This translates into respecting the soil and the vegetative cycle, controlled natural ground cover, soil cultivation, rigorous bud thinning, and green harvesting.
This spirit is the guarantee of the quality of our wines.
The grapes are harvested manually and sorted.
During vinification and aging, our constant search remains the maximum expression of the qualitative potential of the grape and its terroir, in order to allow each grape variety to express itself freely.
Red or white, thirst-quenching wine or wine for aging, our aim is always the same: to offer you authentic wines, true to their terroir and to our philosophy.
