Goat cheese "picodons"

In Provençal Picaoudou means “little spicy cheese”. It is in the arid and hot climate of its country that Picodon draws its taste so delicately perfumed. Between goats and passion, a cheese with subtle flavors that hides a tender heart.

Picodon is a raw, whole milk goat cheese. In the shape of a puck, 5 to 7 cm in diameter and 1,8 to 2,5 high. Its texture is fine and flexible and sometimes brittle. With a minimum of 45% fat, it reveals the generosity of its native land.
