Ewe breeding in organic farming, sale of lamb meat and fruit tree nursery in Ardèche.
La Ferme des Soies is a farm on a human and family scale.
Régis raises Bizet ewes there, a rustic breed originating from the Massif Central which adapts very well to the terrain of northern Ardèche.
Lamb meat is renowned for its finesse and is processed in the Les Artisous workshop in Quintenas.
During the summer the herd is led in transhumance in the Alps, the wool of the ewes and appreciated for its softness and it is valued locally.
On site a nursery of organic fruit trees adapted to the Ardèche whose ambition is the local reintroduction of old varieties.
