A mushroom farm on the plateau growing oyster mushrooms and shiitakes, mushrooms intended to supply restaurants, grocery stores and also individuals.
The oyster mushroom remains crisp and firm after cooking and can be eaten raw. It is neutral in taste and can be combined with everything.
Shiitake has a rustic boletus taste, it is the second most cultivated mushroom in the world. It can be mixed with wild mushrooms. It is a mushroom recognized in Chinese medicine as anti cancer and anti oxidant...

10 euros per kilo of oyster mushrooms and 13 euros per kilo of shiitake
