A mushroom farm on the plateau growing oyster mushrooms and shiitakes, mushrooms intended to supply restaurants, grocery stores and also individuals.
The oyster mushroom remains crisp and firm after cooking and can be eaten raw. It is neutral in taste and can be combined with everything.
Shiitake mushrooms have a rustic porcini flavor and are the second most cultivated mushroom in the world. They can be mixed with wild mushrooms. In Chinese medicine, they are recognized as anti-cancer and antioxidant mushrooms.
