The GAEC Chèvrerie de Chomaise is a farm developed by the FOUREL family, which has been perpetuating a cheese-making tradition for over 200 years.
The GAEC Chèvrerie de Chomaise welcomes you to the farm on the heights of the commune of Préaux where you will enjoy a beautiful view of the Ardèche countryside.
Gardened forests and polyculture for the respect of soils and animals.
You will find their delicious cheeses including the historic Caillé doux de Saint Félicien pure goat cheese produced on the farm.
A wide range of cheeses will be offered to you.
In fact, no less than 11 different products are made with the nectar of these ladies:
- Soft curd from Saint Félicien,
- The little chomaise (lactic cheese),
- Small aperitif corks,
- Goat's blue,
- Logs,
- Faisselles,
- Plain or basil tommes,
- Tomme salad.
