Small fully equipped stone house for 7 people, located in the village of Vocance in northern Ardèche.

You will find peace and quiet here. Vocance is located in the Vocance valley. Five villages make up this valley: Villevocance, Vocance, St Julien Vocance, Vanosc and Le Monestier. It connects the Haute Loire plateau to the Annonean basin. You like nature, hiking, mountain biking, enduro… departure from Gr nearby. Body of water 26 km away, equestrian centre, climbing site, Peaugres safari, various museums, visit to the old town of Annonay, visit to the fortified village of Boulieu les Annonay.
70 M². Composed of a large kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a living room (flat screen TV) with sleeping area (1 bed 140) + 2 separate bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed and 1 cot), shower room with toilet with washing machine and separate WC. Charming little closed inner courtyard (garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue, bread and pizza oven). Children are welcome, high chair and cot available. Animals are accepted in number of two MAXIMUM. possibility of optional end-of-stay cleaning (€50) + bed linen (€6/pers)
