in the center of Samoyas, peaceful and quiet hamlet of the North Vivarais, in a privileged setting in the heart of nature in green Ardèche.

Ultra comfortable and very well equipped cottage. Heating included in the rental price. Living room with integrated kitchen area, lounge area. Upstairs, 1 master bedroom with private shower room and WC, high-end double bed bedding. Sheets, bathroom and household linen provided. Private garage with electric gate.

Located near the Parc du Pilat, the cottages are 5 minutes from the medieval village of Boulieu Les Annonay with its shops, 10 minutes from Annonay (the birthplace of the Montgolfière), the Parc de Peaugres safari and 5 minutes from the Gourdan 18-hole golf course. Come and discover nature in the mid-mountains with outdoor activities on foot, by bike, on horseback... and listen to the birdsong! So, on the program of activities: nature hikes, mountain bike rides, outdoor activities, but also: tastings of wines and local products, guided tours, museums, cultural events and exhibitions...And after the effort, comfort! The Armu gîte benefits from a veranda housing a relaxation area with private jacuzzi, opening onto an open terrace, to enjoy it all year round in each of the 4 seasons
