It is in the heart of a small Ardèche hamlet in the commune of Félines, in northern Ardèche, that these two adjoining gîtes built on an Ardèche farm dating from the 19th century are located. With its green environment, its shared indoor swimming pool* and its pétanque court, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends.

60 km from Lyon and 15 km from Annonay, you have found the perfect place for a stay in the countryside. You have easy access to the most famous tourist sites in the region: Safari de Peaugres (9 km), Aquatic base of St Pierre le Bœuf (15 km) or Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval (35 km). For nature lovers, the choice is varied: hiking on marked trails, mountain biking or even snowshoeing in the Pilat National Park.

A staircase of about thirty steps leads you to the gîte "Le Panorama". As soon as you enter, you are charmed by the unobstructed view of the Alps and the Vercors. A large terrace has been fitted out, make the summer evenings last around a good meal (gas barbecue and garden furniture) before settling in comfortably to watch the starry sky. The gîte is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, wooden table with 6 chairs and lounge area with sofa, armchairs, TV and wood stove. Two bedrooms are fitted out, one with a 140 bed and the second with two 90 beds. Finally, a bathroom with shower and double sink unit. Separate toilet.

For your shopping, go to the heart of the village 2km away (bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, newsagent, bar, hairdresser, butcher, etc.) and don't forget to taste the products from the farm of the owners living on site (Black Angus beef and organic black pork).
