The Old Stones

The house is a stone farmhouse dating from the 18th century. Nestled in the heart of a small hamlet on the edge of the forest. Our 290 m2 residence invites you to an authentic and warm getaway.

The house is located in the old stable and barn which were completely renovated during 4 years of work carried out by us.
The cottage offers four duplex rooms, decorated in a natural style where exposed beams, wooden floors and stone walls are combined. Each room has a small lounge and its own private bathroom with a toilet for optimal comfort.
Enjoy a large, friendly living space, with a bar to share warm moments, a cozy lounge and a dining room equipped with a large wooden table and its rustic benches, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your meals with ease.
Outside, you will appreciate the intimate garden with its table and benches, as well as the covered terrace, a real place of relaxation. This small summer lounge is equipped with a billiard table, a dart game and various spaces to share moments with family or friends.
The gîte Les Vieilles Pierres is an invitation to serenity in the heart of Ardèche nature for a stay where charm and authenticity are on the agenda.
For your comfort, bed linen, tea towels and hand towels, toilet paper in each toilet and trash bags are provided.
The covered terrace and the small garden are an invitation to relax, to walks in the middle of the forest or to meet the guardians of the place, our four-legged friends who will be happy to come and walk a bit of the way with you.
