The Gîtes de Chirol

Welcome to Gîtes de Chirol in Ardèche verte. Three comfortable gîtes, meeting room, heated swimming pool, sauna in the countryside. Preserved and easily accessible natural area, at 870m altitude, sunny slope, open view.

For family reunions, between friends, for association courses or professional seminars.
High above the unspoiled Pinsole Valley, 25 minutes from Annonay, discover space, peace, and comfort in a renovated 18th-century farmhouse. Our cottages are nestled in nature (no visual, light, or noise pollution) and we are committed to preserving and enhancing this high-quality natural environment. We are also an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge!
We can accommodate from 1 to 26 people year-round in our 3 comfortable cottages. During the warmer months, it is also possible to rent a fully equipped canvas lodge (accommodating an additional 5 to 7 people).
This magical and exotic place is easily accessible from major cities (Lyon at 1h30, St-Etienne at 50 mins, Valence at 1h10).
Total of 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 26 beds in 19 to 24 beds. Independent and non-adjoining accommodation.
Récatou (14-person cottage) - Chirolaise (10-person cottage) - P'tit Chirol (2-person cottage) - "Sous les étoiles" canvas lodge (7 people in summer) - L'Estuaire common room.
Secure swimming pool from the end of May to the end of September (10am-19pm).
Petanque court. Table football. Table tennis. Play area with swing set (spring 2026). Secure bicycle shelter (winter 2026).
The Chirol site is appreciated for its open spaces and tranquility, and our guests are invited to enjoy the premises in this spirit.
