Hot Air Balloon Soul

A family home in Ardèche in the village of Saint-Marcel-lès-Annonay, near Via Fluvia, Lac du Ternay and Pilat.

We offer for rent a large character house for 22 people in an enclosed garden.
It is located in the village center and is not intended for groups for parties.
This house, built in 1852 by a nephew of the inventors of the hot air balloon, has retained its soul and authenticity over the generations.
We renovated it to give it a high standard of comfort: large, bright and well-equipped kitchen, 6 completely redone bathrooms and 5 toilets.
We have a heated swimming pool, table tennis, bar table football, plancha and a tennis court, not in very good condition but playable.
